Structural characteristics and use This series reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston reducing valve. It is composed of main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is made up of valve seat, the main valve plate, piston, springs and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly made up of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting springs and other parts. Outlet pressure is set through adjusting spring pressure, Outlet pressure variation is sensed by using diaphragm, the overflow area of main valve throttle position is adjusted by driving piston through the pilot valve, to achieve reduce and stabilize pressure. The products are mainly used in gas piping, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other gas. |
