1.Overview
The valve is suitable for feedwater preheating system of power station turbine or other industrial piping systems required to close rapidly. It turns off rapidly (turn-off time 1-3S )under hydraulic pressure (0.8-1.2MPa), to prevent damage to the turbine and other device caused by media back flow. It is easy to install in the project, and portable flexible in use .

(2) Nominal Diameter: full bore; hole shrinkage; pipe size.

5.Installing
1, Mark should be carefully checked if it is consist with the requirements before installation.
2, Medium flow and body arrow should be in the same direction during installation .
3, Check valve cavity and sealing surface, dirty is not allowed to attach.
- Check whether the connection bolts are evenly tightened.
6.Maintenance
1, The valve should be stored in dry and ventilated room, valve flow hole should be covered well.
2, Long-term storage of the valve should be checked regularly to remove dirt and coat anti-rust oil on the machining surface .
3, After installation, it should be regularly checked, major items are as below:
a, Wear of sealing surface.
b, If there is dirt accumulation between body and inner wall of bonnet, disc and sealing surface of body ,
c, The valve actuator should operate once a week to prevent jamming.
4,Sealing performance test should be carried out after installation, maintenance.It should be detailed recorded after every maintenance for review.
5, If leakage is found on the sealing packing, packing gland bolts should be tighten evenly or new packing is replaced.
